About
Art runs in the family. On my mom’s side, my grandpa was a photographer, and my dad is an oil painter who shared his wisdom about color, composition, and different techniques. I had a lot of freedom to express myself when I was child, so let’s say that I was handed all the tools to grow to take this path. My own journey started early around age 10 when I took our old film camera to capture bikers speeding through town. The thrill was real, but so was the cost. Let’s just say my dad probably wasn’t thrilled about developing all those blurry shots!
By my teens, I’d shifted to editing videos, piecing together moments with the same creative spark that I aim for today. Most of those early videos are lost to time (or a forgotten hard drive), but I remember the vibe I was after, strong, evocative, and just a little gritty. I’ve always been drawn to the emotions in any media, the kind that make you pause or feel something. Maybe it’s because psychology really fascinates me. I love figuring out what makes people tick and using that in my work.
Through my work, I aim to go deeper than just creating visuals. I want to capture something that resonates on a core level with different audiences. I would say my work is all about mixing emotions and client specific elements into every layer, uncovering what lies at the heart of a brand’s identity and expressing it in a way that feels genuine.
I’m drawn to the subtleties, the way the different elements can spark something, even in a fleeting glance. Each platform, each format, speaks its own language. An image, a sound, a single moment, it all shifts depending on where it lives and how it’s seen. Whether it’s calling for a long look or a quick spark, my goal is to create visuals that don’t just capture attention but feel like they’re meant to be right there, right then.
For a few years, I dove into the world of an international company called Pilar as a co-founder, where my skills took on a whole new dimension. Leading a global development team was an experience like no other, it taught me the ins and outs of strategy, leadership, and the art of clear communication. I discovered how to handle tough situations and keep things moving forward, no matter the time zone. And honestly, those skills feel like the perfect balance to my creative side. It’s like having both sides of the brain fully charged, one for the vision, one for the execution.
